Weekending

Hey ya'll and happy Monday! We're kicking off a random warm week here in VA and I'm not happy about it. Mid 80's in October? No thanks! However, next week a cold front is coming through and I'm sure the warm days will be behind us until next year. This weekend was packed with fun for us and I'm actually happy to just be relaxing at home today with my coffee and littles. Saturday, I slept in while the hubs got Miss A up and got her breakfast made. He also surprised me with a little breakfast creation for myself that was lovely and delicious! If you follow me on snapchat, you saw me bragging about this! (rare moments haha) Afterwards, we headed out to the annual Autumn Days festival. I love a good small town festival and we always make it a point to check out this one. There's always tons of cute and crafty vendors, good food and the petting zoo and lawnmower races are always a hit! Yes ya'll, lawnmower races.

Sunday morning we got up, had breakfast and out on our Sunday best to meet the in-laws for church. Afterwards we had some fried chicken at my mother-in-laws and relaxed a little before Miss A and I headed to run some errands and play at Target. Yup, we were pretty basic yesterday! I scored that banana/palm leaf pink and green throw I'd been eying since the summer! It was finally marked down to $19 ya'll so I definitely snagged it this time. I also got Andi a super plush pink throw for her crib for the upcoming winter months. She has crib blankets, but this is a twin XL so it basically covers the whole crib. She loves it and cuddled it throughout our entire trip. Overall it was a great weekend and of course we're already counting down until the next! Linking up today with Biana & Meghan!
