Weekending

Hey ya'll and happy Monday! Whew - it feels like I've been away from the blog for awhile since I was out of town last week and worked a short week also. Because of that, my weekend technically started last Wednesday so lets catch up shall we?

Last Thursday I headed down to NC to have an extended birthday/girls night with some fabulous ladies. We ate at a fantastic Mexican place in downtown Durham, devoured margaritas and then headed to the DPac to see the Naked Magicians. (haha I know so classy) It was a hysterical show with some fun magic tricks thrown in that kept us laughing (and blushing) from start to finish. The guys are Australian so that accents were amazing. Definitely a must-see for any girls night celebration! Friday I relaxed at home with Miss Andi and Saturday I went with my parents to see Rodgers and Hammerstein's production of Cinderella at the Alrtria Theater in Richmond, VA. Mom and I got my Dad tickets for Christmas so we have been looking forward to this for quite some time. We scored third row seats, drank wine and ADORED the show! It was SO good ya'll - loved it! Afterwards we made reservations at one of our favorite downtown spots (Millie's - try it if you're in town) and then headed back home. Sunday, we relaxed, had family dinner and Seth got called to work so I settled in for the Walking Dead and Shades of Blue (with more wine)

This week will be pretty busy at work since I only worked one day last week but I'm looking forward to a slower paced weekend ahead. I hope ya'll had a fabulous weekend - Linking up with Biana from B Loved Boston for Weekending.

Also, today I officially start the 21 day fix program that ya'll raved about so wish me luck! I'll report back periodically with how its going so far!
